Sonia's Heart Inc is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on addressing critical issues like hunger, homelessness, and support for the elderly and youth prevention programs.

Who We Are

A 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping others in the areas of hunger, the elderly, homelessness, and youth prevention. We seek to improve the quality of life of needy individuals and families by providing basic needs such as groceries, nutritious meals personal items, community resources, shelter assistance transportation for the elderly and youth prevention programs.

To extend a hand of compassion to those in need of food , shelter, transportation and life skills in order to help them achieve a more stable life.

Feeding the Hungry

Backpack programs offer the families of children on 'free and reduced' programs groceries on the weekends and school breaks. Food backpacks include healthy, easy to prepare food for kid friendly meals. 

Supporting the Elderly

Sonia's Heart provides delivery services to seniors who are still confident in making meals in the kitchen but don't feel comfortable going to the store, or for family members who want to help out with a loved ones grocery shopping. 

Combating Housing Insecurity 

Sonia's Heart offers basic community resources, referrals to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, Services are generally comprised of connecting the homeless those at risk to homelessness agencies that specialize in case management services for a range of services designed to assist and support individuals in need. 

Empowering Youth

Boxing for Peace- this is a non-violent boxing prevention program designed to interrupt risky behaviors that often lead to juvenile delinquency. It prompts positive actions while combating negative behaviors. Our programs offer structured sessions and activities based on best practices
